David's (Daily?) Dialogue

 People who garden or are maniacal about their yards are the worst. They almost feel entitled, definitely snobby, about their "hobby".  What makes me an expert on this? I work for a home improvement retailer that also sells live goods.  My favorite question "Is your garden center open?"  Yes my garden center is open, it's open as long as the store is open, but no I don't have the gates open at 6am or 30 minutes before the store closes because we don't have to have those gates open all the time. And stop badgering my employees. Hurricanes are up 3-1 after a solid showing in NJ. I'm headed to game 5 tomorrow night. Always a good time especially if we win.  And if we do, we have at least one extra day of rest on the winner of the Caps/Habs winner. I've been helping a buddy with Parks/Rec lacrosse.  I've been up since Midnight. Peer at work called out, screwing up my schedule. And just easier to stay up. Positive is that I got a lot of work done with no customers in the store.  Worked about 10 hours straight, no lunch, no peer backup either as it's a light peer day. Sports fan, music fan, reading fan, trivia fan. This might be some mental relief, might talk about work or anything else that I feel will help me, maybe a daily trivia question.  Feel free to answer. Canes play tonight in Joisey, Braves in AZ, and a plethora of soccer through the weekend. I usually have a lot of thoughts but forget to write down. It might get damn random. Knee started giving out, came home and iced it good. Basically been sitting on my ass, watching tv and reading books.
